People were nice to work with

Cons

Management does not have a clue as to what they are doing. People seem to get to the top by knowing upper management and just sit back while others do the work. Also, it seems that if they feel you know too much you are a threat and they will try to get you to quit or get you fired. Nobody acknowledges when they are wrong and will try to put blame on someone else but themselves. Lets just say certain people get away with anything and others are always getting in trouble.

Benefits are okay if you are only covering yourself. Schedule flexible if you are in the right department. Works well with home life. Awesome Supervisor. PTO, Holiday and Sick pay.

Cons

Small company going corporate. New management and HR department aren't the best. Very shady, rude and unappreciated environment. They also rarely promote within.

Fellow coworkers are great people to work with. The pay is decent. Most of the time the work is pretty independent.

Cons

Where can I begin. All of the health plans already mess they take on new plans without having providers in network. Incorrect people are promoted, they are not qualified for their supervisory /management positions. If you dare make suggestion for improvement, you will be targeted or bullied until you either quit or get fired by the company. Overall complete disorganization and poor management. The pay is decent however the benefits allowed are absolutely horrible especially if you have a family.
