You'll love all the members and providers you speak to on the phone daily!

Cons

Avesis management is by far the pettiest and most unprofessional clique you'll come across in a workplace. Stats, Experience, Adherence, you name it - doesn't matter! What matters is who you know. They pay you dirt for the work you're doing (your job and fixing 10 others mistakes.) Their claims department is terrible and extremely inaccurate. The Leads gossip all day and are never to be found on the floor helping associates. You are promised diamonds, and you'll receive cubic zirconia from this company. Don't be fooled by the nice building, the management and service is terrible. I would NOT recommend working here. You are wasting your time and value.

Non-management employees are very nice to work with. (Glassdoor makes you say 5 words that are pros about the company.)

Cons

Management is inept & is not truly interested in developing themselves or the company. They really don't care about anyone's input but play a good game. People (usually people employed less than 1 year) think they really care what employees have to say but soon learn that it is not genuine interest to improve the company issues. It is a facade and nothing ever changes. They do not promote from within unless you are family, friend or a male. Otherwise, they hire from outside of the company because they think people outside of the company can fix the issues but they just make things worse because they don't understand the way things are done. Unorganized, chaotic, and extremely stressful work environment.
