      Pros

      Employees have passion about their work and care about it. They sacrifice their personal time to make their work successful.

      Cons

      Management only cares about the bottom line finances. Employees are expendable and their experience, skills, and knowledge are treated as not important.

      Good work life balance. lots of snacks

      Cons

      Layoff were handled by kind of trap. Until, before the day of layoffs, people working hard and road map meeting going on everyday.That leads to +ve sign, but later realized that's fake +ve sign. There was team working behind scenes for layoffs.

      Pros

      Great coworker experience, very friendly environment.

      Cons

      Lack of management to work with others on projects is disconcerting. Managers would constantly disagree with each other in endless ineffective meetings, resulting in poor project outcomes. Turnover has been excessively high in the last year resulting in poor loyalty and quality of work. Company no longer promotes from within leaving no opportunities for professional growth.
