      Good people, a lot of snacks and food in office, good parking lot,

      lack of communication between different departments, company is doing a change for its structure , need improvement for back up plan,

      Pros

      The benefits are great here and you can't beat a Monday-Friday job. The culture and atmosphere is awesome and I hope it does not change. I have worked at previous employers and remember dreading going to work, but I have not experienced that here. I come to work wanting to do more because I want to be part of the amazing growth were going through. There is a lot of new employees recently, but they are all great. I have not seen a bad hire yet. I love that we get to come to work and just work, without having to worry about childish rules. The executives treat us like adults and gives us the time and room to do our job without micro-managing.

      Cons

      There really aren't cons. We have a great work-life balance and the perks are great as well. Plus, you never have to bring lunch because the kitchen is always stocked!

      Pros

      Relatively easy work, good social atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management likes to scold staff. No training or support when needed. Staff are under appreciated. Management will boss you around, but has no clue how to answer your questions when you need them. They brush off your assistance requests to other people. You will not get any pay rises ever in this company.
