      not many.. the paycheck? That's it.

      A strange and very un-enjoyable company to work for. Some really poor management in place who like to self congratulate themselves and enjoy their own sense of importance. they consistently treat their clients (but especially the contractors) like crap too and their level of services and support, no matter what they say, is terrible. So many unhappy clients makes this a difficult role but with the lack of care from high up its not surprising. Some good people there, but I would really not work here if I had the choice. Plenty of other support/account management type roles in London with far better companies then this one... Plus all staff are made to leave positive reviews on here! Nice touch....

      Positive and dynamic CEO. Good and interesting client base. Some financial perks.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. Highly ineffective management; when I asked for help I received no support. We were made to write positive glass door reviews - we were NOT given a choice. The only reason I am leaving this negative review is to fairly mitigate against some of these forced positive reviews. If your face fits and you mix in the right circles, you will be fine.

      Avetta, the epitome of "OneAvetta" – a slogan that promises care and consideration for its employees. Unfortunately, this seems more like a tagline designed for robots than actual human beings. Life unfolds, and Avetta appears to have missed the memo. For those not basking in the glory of leadership titles, the workload is staggering. Yet, when it comes to compensation and benefits, Avetta's generosity is notably absent. The promises of employee care seem more like a distant fantasy than a reality. Diversity and inclusion? Avetta loves to tout its commitment, but a peek behind the curtain reveals a different story. The upper echelons are dominated by a sea of old white men, with BIPOC representation lagging. The backbone of the company's dissatisfaction? Well, surprise, surprise – it's the BIPOC workforce. And let's not even start on the so-called "benefits." Free snacks might be a nice touch, but in the grand scheme of things, it's just basic decency, not a groundbreaking perk. Avetta, it's time to move beyond slogans and truly embody the principles you claim to uphold. Your employees deserve more than empty promises and token gestures. It's high time for real change.
