      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome They have snacks in the break room

      Cons

      There is no communication. They have been letting all of the Browz employees go and we have been given walking papers for the next few months. They out source our work to India

      Pros

      Great people, great company, extremely proactive, and goal oriented to the betterment of the company as a whole. Medical plans are the best I've seen.

      Cons

      Annual base salary is below industry average with very little to no financial incentives or cost of living adjustments. Product is being sold faster than production can keep up with and no goal to increase or change efficiency.

As for salaries, Avetta recently enlisted the help of several sources to ensure that we pay salaries that are based on the market rates, years of experience, industry standard and location. We are proud to say that we currently pay above market standard!! We’ve also been growing our engineering and product team, who’ve been working diligently on improving our software. It’s always great to get feedback, so that we can learn how to continue to improve. It would be great if concerns and feedback was communicated within the teams so that we can become more effective. We thank you again for your continued support and service.

      A lot of hot air and mistrust!

      Pros

      Great worker-bee employees! They work so hard and are committed to the company. Growing in a lot of ways.. In some ways starting to act like a grown up company.

      Cons

      Execs are a problem. Too bad the execs are not committed to the employees like the employees are committed to the company. CPO, CFO and CEO are not be to trusted. They target employees and betray trust given to them. Communication is terrible and not trustworthy. Company laid off so many employees only to hire back more that double the amount of people let go. Spending so much money unnecessarily.
