      The company had flexible work hours and wonderful people that worked for the company. The company believed in a work and personal life balance.

      Cons

      There was a lack of structure throughout the company. There were no internal communications between departments. There was not an opportunity for advancement within the company.

We use this software to evaluate salaries, job descriptions, and duties attached to each role to ensure that salaries are commensurate with experience, tenure, and position responsibilities.
