They only pick favorites for advancement. All compliance specialists are numbers. Poor software for clients/suppliers. Poor utilization of employees.

Pros

Plentiful snacks and the occasional catered lunch. Most employees are friendly and professional. Salary is not bad.

Cons

Company still runs and thinks like a startup. Micromanaging that is unnecessary. Spends a lot on parties instead of focusing on keeping down turnover and holding on to valuable and experienced employees. Lacks communication, vision and clear direction.

Before we go too far, Avetta does thank you for your time with Avetta. You were a part of us and your work is still appreciated. Avetta is not a company grounded in training and development. In fact, Avetta hires individuals who bring their own expertise as well as a desire to make things happen. Avetta's voluntary turnover is remarkably low; there are very few who leave. Your point is perhaps about the layoffs and restructurings that have taken Avetta on a ride. Perhaps the one constant at Avetta is change. Again, thank you for your point of view.
