Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Our executive leadership team, including the CEO, welcome feedback. As you know, workforce reductions have unfortunately been a part of the current economic climate for some time now, and we are not immune to the macro economic conditions, such as the recession and inflation. These are the factors that largely dictate the necessity for trimming the workforce at this time. This does not mean that the Company does not value all of the contributions made by every single employee, nor that we don't work very hard to try to avoid layoffs. A lot of thought - and pause - goes into making these decisions, and they are never made lightly. We hope this helps you understand the Company's perspective in these difficult situations.
