Equipment is pretty terrible, generally outdated or malfunctioning. Lab as a whole is pretty outdated and fairly cramped There are some issues with the attitude between departments Unsure if they've done away with it, but they sometimes hire temporary staff as a second probationary period where you are split between the three departments. Makes it hard to learn, and you never feel like you fit in with any of the teams. Pay is entry level, but the quality of work expected is of someone with multiple years of experience. Little progression within the lab, but the skills taught are helpful when moving to a new job

-Employees are not properly trained and then punished when they make a mistake. The departments need help defining their training -HIGH turnover -Workload is too high for the amount of people in the lab, management makes no move to alleviate the pressure -Departments have trouble working together -This is a small facility where everyone seems to be fighting for space. Even the equipment is crammed in to every nook -Lab is generally dirty -Decisions are made without consulting how it will actually affect the departments -The pay is way below industry standard
