Easy to get a job for people with little experience as they are desperate for employees

Cons

New management in 2018 and treated the experience talented people like crap. One by one, the experienced people left and replace with people that don't know what they are doing.

Small business feel, big business potential. People know each other and work together to get things done. Team oriented.

Cons

There was some uncertainty recently as Avid transitioned from a revenue generating workhorse/subsidiary of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals to a stand-alone pure play CDMO. However, with that transition in the rear view, things are looking really good.
