Pros

Lower level people work hard and want to do the right thing. Some supervisors care about their people and try to support them regardless of whether upper management doesn't.

Cons

Old boy system. People that have been there more than few years have been promoted although they don't really have the industry experience. They contradict the newly industry experienced people. Decisions seem to be made that benefit the company or to protect themselves. Quality is just a term they throw around but it doesn't follow what industry expects. They need to hire leadership that does have industry experience and remove unqualified older management starting from the CEO down to managers.

Avid side are good people, hard working and friendly. They want to do the right thing.

Cons

Peregrine management are clueless. Steve King and the BOD recently resigned so this may become an upside.
