It is nice that they are in phase 3 development, and they give a nice stock option package to new employees

Cons

If you value your sanity, you will avoid this company at all cost. Upper management is of the worst I've ever seen. U have to suck up to get ahead and no-one is recognized for any accomplishments.

Local, intimate setting with some talented people.

Cons

The stress of the employees there due to lack of processes or standard was obvious. These were hard working people operating in an environment without structure or efficiencies.

Management has little or no pharmaceuitical industry experience and little previous experience in any industry. Little hope of regulatory approval of existing clinical programs.
