Pros

Unique amalgamation of video and audio markets and products offer expansive and diverse areas to develop.

Cons

Structure and processes not as robust as larger companies as Avid goes through growing (and shrinking) pains thus one has to be somewhat self-sufficient and to take on tasks outside those defined as specific job roles.
