Simply put, the majority of the SLT is absolutely terrified of Avis's president. There is massive dysfunction within the ranks of management and operations.

There are so many, I don't know where to begin! I don't really think that Ron Nelson and regional management is the cause of all of the problems, at this location local management laughs at Ron Nelsons policies! You must become a member of their team in order to have longevity, that is how they operate. Once you are on their team you will be rewarded with many different fringe benefits through favoritism. All of these team members are the employees who are very proficient at butt kissing and backstabbing for treats, so beware! This is destroying the company and local management is the cause of all of these problems, they are out to make a name for themselves and they think that these tactics along with using the weak job market as a tool to bully and demoralize the employees will accomplish this for them. Their team members also think that they will rise in stature.
