Pros

Benefits are average and suitable. The work life balance is good and communication is practiced within the ranks.

Cons

If you don't mind being over looked due to favoritism and not being part of the good old boys crowd than I would not recommend the company. There is a lot of disappointed managers who are not promoted and only the favorites get recognized.

An OK company, but if you want growth and challenge, go elsewhere.

Pros

It was close to home, and located in a very nice facility that was convenient to restaurants, services and had adequate parking.

Cons

It seemed like the least competent people got promoted, and it was very much an insider's game. Those who knew the right people got equipment and other resources. The rest of us got what was left. And there was too little work, and what there was of it was unchallenging.
