Most employees at the street level do care and take pride in the company.

Cons

For a technology company, it is not very high tech. It's main order management system is very old, although a work horse, in order for a sales person to pull information about a customer or order, she must flip between several screens. To many clicks, especially with management. Rumors run ramped, upper management cannot kept anything private, even HR tells secrets about personnel issues and other employees business. It can be a very distractive environment.
