Pros

Opportunity for advancement as long as you are connected with the right people. The company seems to be stable and will be around for a long time.

Cons

The company is top heavy with a "good old boys club" atmosphere, where certain people get all the recognition, promotions and special recognition are based upon being in this good old boys club, or an attractive woman who are favorites of the good old boys club.

Pros

Focus on Change Travel opportunities They seem to understand the need to change but are not fully able to make this happen at this time. People are nice to work with. They will welcome you but some are not as friendly.

Cons

They are stuck in the 70s with regard to management - it is all about the senior management team. If you are not in with the senior managers, you will probably be cut at the next layoff. They do play favorites. Processes are very complicated.

Cons

Non-stop layoffs; knee-jerk reaction to business cycles; executive team that is very resistant to change, despite with they say. Claim they want "innovation" and they want to be known as a tech company, but they are stodgy and very hesitant to try new strategies.
