      Pros

      It was a busy but lovely work environment, all the fellow staff were friendly & helpful and in particular the customers were very nice.

      Cons

      The place could get extremely busy and if any staff were off or out sick it would become pretty manic when understaffed....the pressure was really on then!

      The people of course, Avoca staff are so wonderful to work with. I have made the best friends through working at Avoca.

      The food is too gorgeous when im trying to diet.

      Hard but rewarding work

      Pros

      Excellent team to work with, friendly working environment, customer interaction. Recognition where extra work is done. Do their best to facilitate staff. Once you are in the door and you leave the job for a specific reason, very easy to get back in.

      Cons

      You have to work public holidays and christmas holidays, extremely busy working environment. Some customers can be very rude and ignorant.
