      Pros

      Very happy group of people i worked with and close to home. Very busy place the day went very quick, and made a lot of friends there.

      Cons

      I can not think of any cons I loved going into work every day. The owners were brilliant to work for.

      Pros

      If you worked hard for Avoca, you were rewarded well. Great brand and core values permeated throughout the staff. Compared to other large Irish owned companies, the long-term employee is highly valued in Avoca and the Pratt family were really genuine and lovely people to work for. Only one member of the family was difficult to deal with.

      Cons

      Career Opportunities were lacking. Long hours lead to a barren home life, especially during holiday periods when a lot is expected of staff but as a manager, the rewards were available. Most senior management were great but one member in particular was very difficult to deal with and did not treat staff in a very professional manner.
