      Good location, good co-workers and large break room.

      Cons

      HR manipulates employees and turns them against each other, speaking English is not a requirement of employment, so most do not understand instructions, micro-managing, no accountability of employees who don't pull their weight.

      Micromanagement, disorganized, firefighting problems, and working hard will produce more work rather than promotions/recognition. Leadership team at site has no direction and leadership team at corporate changes their message every quarter. It took years to get training I was promised due to the constant panic environment. Expected to be on call 24/7 in an environment that is not inclusive to diverse backgrounds.
