      Got some good managers in the right places, and if you have a desire to strive and improve working conditions for you/your colleagues then they are all ears. Feel like the company at all levels do want to succeed.

      Cons

      There is some growth and upskilling required, but time pressures seem to be limiting that growth. More recruitment is needed, at all levels.
