Pros

Flexibility of working remotely, high quality of work assignments

Cons

being "on the beach" is just another term for "We are so cheap that we won't pay for unemployment when we lay you off indefinitely"

Pros

Free environment. some good people and some not.

Cons

No growth. They throw you out if they don't need you or cannot get business anymore.They make false promises when interviewing and don't follow through.

Pros

Axiom allows for a variety of assignments.

Cons

Some of the clients needed mind numbing work done like 50 state surveys. Also, the pay is low because you have to work 50 hours a week to be considered full time and earn the salary that they offer upfront.
