Typically pay females 15 to 25k less then the men. Loves to go radio silent when they dont want to discuss issues. Based on a 50 hour week

Dynamic company; big focus on everyone understanding the big picture goals and direction the company is taking. NY location is great.

Cons

No matter how they spin it, it's a temp firm at the end of the day.

Good variety of clients, interesting work. Good compensation (but see below).

Cons

Expect to be "on the beach," that is, unemployed and unpaid, with only one month of benefits, at least 3 or 4 months out of the year. So, set aside 1/4 to 1/3 of your take-home to live on. Also, compensation is capped, do not expect a raise after a 3 years. Bonuses are arbitrary and when given, negligible. The equity incentive plan is also arbitrary and given to very few.
