      A highly competent staff Dynamic work environment Creativity is rewarded Ethical business practices placed before profit Management truly trusts employees decision making Employee engagement is weighed over short term metrics Collaboration is the internal language

      Cons

      Pay is sacrificed to work in this unique environment. Although you could absolutely argue that this would be overcome for the long term development and exposure this company provides.

      The company had a great culture and all employees believe in it. besides being a great place to work, I can testify that people can create and have a career in this company while enjoying a good work-life balance

      There is always the need to have a Global approach. but not all things and situations can be expected to be fully aligned with a Global requirement
