As for our culture: we have a very distinct culture -- it's meritocratic and entrepreneurial -- but it's not for everyone. If you prefer being told what to do to taking the initiative to propose innovative, fact-based solutions, if you prefer 9-to-5 to putting in extra effort, then (a) Axos won't be your cup of tea and (b) you'll also probably miss out on the lucrative performance-based bonuses that can make working here extremely rewarding.
