*Room for growth if you show you are motivated. *Axos makes wise choices regarding the business that it is a stable place to work. *Fast growing bank which in turn provides many challenges which keeps my job exciting. *Axos hires wonderful individuals which has allowed me to enjoy coming to work. *Overall work environment and I appreciate that my voice is heard.

*Pay for my position is below industry standard *Difficult to make changes with employees when wanting to hire, or change job title, pay, etc.

If you are lacking in skills , you can take on as much work as you want and use this as a learning opportunity to gain the necessary skills needed in today's workforce.

Cons

It is difficult to make any leaps or gains in pay regardless of how valuable you become. Any sort of raise will only come at the review period.
