Pros

Axosoft has actually been named one of the Best Places to Work in AZ for multiple years. -CULTURE: The culture at Axosoft is amazing. There is a rigorous interview process that screens for skill and cultural fit; the result being a company of highly-talented, motivated and friendly people. -BENEFITS: Axosoft offers great benefits like travel, 401k matching, on-site instructor-lead workout classes, plenty of vacation time, catered lunches and snacks, and so much more. -COLLABORATION: Departments are not in silos because Axosoft has literally broken down physical barriers (like walls) to bring teams together. Communication tools such as Slack also help keep everyone connected. Because of the collaborative nature of the company, every employee is able to have input on company-wide strategy. DIVERSITY: Axosoft started the #ItWasNeverADress campaign as a response to the lack of diversity in tech. This campaign initiated a global conversation about the under-representation of women in our industry. This campaign aligns with the values of the company and is reflected in the hiring.

Cons

-No job/company/person is perfect, but any time I've encountered an issue at Axosoft, I've felt my voice was heard and changes were made when possible and appropriate.

Pros

This is a great place to work if any of the following apply to you: You actually enjoy speaking with, and dare I say, hanging out after work with your co-workers. You're allergic to cubicles. You like working with the lights out. You like working with the light on. You want to work out in a gym with your own instructor without leaving the office. You need an office kitchen fully stocked with snacks and drinks. You find it physically imperative to pull an office prank at least once a month. You love getting shoutouts from fellow co-workers when you've done something awesome. You get excited over a challenge and even more excited when you figure it out. You like working standing up. You like working sitting down. You like working balancing on a fitness ball. You absolutely NEED a karaoke machine at your company holiday party. You want to wear your pjs to work. You want to wear a tux to work You like looking forward to coming to work

Cons

If you do not like any of the things I listed in the Pros, then those would probably be Cons for you.

A 'Right at Home" Company!

Pros

A company that doesn't dictate, knows how to have fun, treats their employees well and feeds them, they do exist! Working at Axosoft takes the work out of work. They hire the best talent so that they can operate on a "flat management" platform, meaning there are no managers and everyone is hired with the expectation that they will just come in and be a rock star at their job. There is a ton of collaboration between departments and most decisions that happen are made company-wide. The top leaders always make sure to share news with the whole company. The pay is very competitive, the benefits are great - the company pays for 95% of health/dental for the employees and the plans themselves are decent plans, which is hard to find these days in terms of health coverage. A gym, fitness teacher, plant towers, massage chair and so much more are just the other perks. Outstanding company to work for and is a pleasure coming to work everyday and enjoying it.

Cons

The flat management can be a little confusing to some people, but mostly everyone knows to just do their jobs and everything else falls into place. There really are no cons. They are a very open company and work well with everyone.
