Pros

Small enough to know everyone's name and to give the feeling that you are making a large impact. The interview process for the developers is rigorous enough to ensure that coworkers are sharp and knowledgable. For the MOST part, the technologies we use are pretty cutting edge which is always exciting. They give all new employees a Macbook.

Cons

We are in a transition state so it's unclear what everyone will be working on in a month or so.

I was here for a year as an intern, I’ve now been here for a year and change as a full time SWE, and I love it. I love everyone on my team, the product we work on feels like it has a real impact (and we get so much positive feedback from users that feels soooooo good), and the benefits are great. I really like how almost the whole company sits down for lunch every week. It’s tight night but still very professional - they’re really good at respecting work/life balance and boundaries, and we have a lot of trust an autonomy from higher up.

Cons

My only complaint was the variety of snacks stocked in the kitchen but that was addressed last time they did reviews. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say right now
