Pros
I had the honor of being an early employee with the company and was there up until recently. When considering a career it's paramount to know who you are going to be spending a large chunk of your adult life with. In the case of Axosoft, it's with some of the best & brightest people in the AZ tech community. The technology is what draws you in, but it's the people that keep you. If you like technology and a relaxed but driven environment this is a place to consider if they are hiring. The offices are amazing, in-office gym with personal trainers, catered lunches, and views of the McDowell Mountains from your seat. I hope they continue to achieve greatness.

No cons, I left Axosoft as I felt the company is going in a direction that didn't require my skillsets in the present as much as it did in the past. I wish them all the best.
