Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're disappointed to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address some of your concerns. First, Aya has offered discretionary time off (DTO) for more than a decade. As with any time-off program, requests are subject to manager approval based on business needs, team coverage and performance. Additionally, Aya is led by an experienced executive leadership team with decades of industry experience guiding our strategy and advancing our mission of patient care and supporting the company's continued growth. Our quarterly Town Halls intentionally feature leaders from across the organization so employees can hear directly from the teams executing those priorities to further the important work we do. Supporting our team members and developing strong leaders remains a priority, as is continuously improving the experience at Aya. The compliance leadership team regularly gathers feedback from team members at all levels of the organization, evaluates processes and adjusts along the way to improve workflows and create a more seamless experience for the department. Your voice plays an important role in that process, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly. If you feel comfortable sharing more, please reach out to our Chief People Officer, Amber Zeeb, at feedback@ayahealthcare.com. Thank you.

Pros

Unlimited PTO that you can actually use

Cons

Boy…. I echo all of the recent reviews here. This company has gone so far downhill there is no coming back. Extremely micro managed like never before, senior people are quitting like crazy. And now I hear they’re requiring some teams to be in office but not all teams? Newsflash…. being in office won’t make the company culture any better it will just make things worse unless you require everybody at the company to be in office. I’m actively losing sleep and weight because of the stress lately, I don’t know how much more I can take.

Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear about your experience and perception of Aya. While most of our team members work remotely, some roles and teams work from the office based on business needs. Regardless of where employees work, we value creating opportunities for collaboration, connection and engagement across our teams. We care deeply about our team members and are committed to investing in resources to support their well-being and fostering an environment where they can thrive both professionally and personally, including unlimited DTO to recharge, mindfulness resources through our free Headspace membership, a robust Employee Assistance Program and more. We'd welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience and identify ways we can continue to improve it. If you're open to sharing more, please reach out to our Chief People Officer, Amber Zeeb, at feedback@ayahealthcare.com. Thank you.
