Pros

Unlimited PTO that you can actually use

Cons

Boy…. I echo all of the recent reviews here. This company has gone so far downhill there is no coming back. Extremely micro managed like never before, senior people are quitting like crazy. And now I hear they’re requiring some teams to be in office but not all teams? Newsflash…. being in office won’t make the company culture any better it will just make things worse unless you require everybody at the company to be in office. I’m actively losing sleep and weight because of the stress lately, I don’t know how much more I can take.

Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear about your experience and perception of Aya. While most of our team members work remotely, some roles and teams work from the office based on business needs. Regardless of where employees work, we value creating opportunities for collaboration, connection and engagement across our teams. We care deeply about our team members and are committed to investing in resources to support their well-being and fostering an environment where they can thrive both professionally and personally, including unlimited DTO to recharge, mindfulness resources through our free Headspace membership, a robust Employee Assistance Program and more. We'd welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience and identify ways we can continue to improve it. Pros

I really cannot think of a single one.

Cons

Horrific culture of distrust. AI surveillance. Lays off a ton of people claiming “restructuring,” then hires a bunch of “offshore” employees for the SAME JOB THEY LAID PEOPLE OFF FOR

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're disappointed to hear about your perception of Aya and understand how difficult organizational changes can be. When changes do occur, our goal is to approach them with transparency, respect and care for our team members. While we understand not everyone will agree with every decision, they’re made with a focus on building a strong, sustainable organization that can continue advancing our mission of increasing access to care. Recent changes within our recruiting organization were part of that ongoing effort and were designed to better align our teams and resources. While the majority of Aya's corporate workforce remains in the U.S., we're proud to have global teams that help support our mission.
