Pros

Only pro is that this is Union. The only benefits they kept after it was bought out were the benefits in the contract. Otherwise, they were all taken away. Great start to get into cannabis and learn, Union benefits and decent starting rate of pay, set schedule at the grow.

Cons

Management is inexperienced and HR is a mess.

Good benefits and opportunities to grow many different strains

Cons

HR Police State literally ran by Karens. Third rounds of layoffs since the new year after the stock price collapsed. Most of the competent management has been laid off or fired and replaced with nepotistic know nothings. Safety is not a priority here and if you bring a complaint forward you will be fired. Injured employees are targeted. Most of the talented people have left or plan on leaving.
