Pros

Pay was decent before they cut the starting wage so no longer a pro, you really heavily on tips to make a decent living

Cons

Management hides behind a computer and refuses to interact with staff positively Same with HR, some of the rudest people I've ever interacted with

Pros

Has learning system that uses my absorb that actually helps learn things for moving up

Cons

This is probably one of the worst companies to work for. I worked for them for about a year before our company was sold and new owners took over. Here are the top reasons why you should never work for them - It's a corporate business, so you have all these people with daddy's old money that know nothing about the cannabis industry, also they don't even use it themselves so they really don't know what they are putting out there. - We were producing so much flower and have people who don't know how to market anything so our vaults filled up and we were running out of room and never had space. - They don't care if the strain is actually good, kept growing huge amounts of stuff that was literally garbage but they liked the name or it tested high. - We hit out numbers for 9months straight and not just hit them, we were going above and beyond hitt 100%+ of what we needed to get done. I used to go in at 3:30am til 5:30pm when it first started to make sure everything was done in time. Guess what I got for all this hard work... Meets expectations. Like are you kidding me, then what qualifies for exceeds? Because last time I checked I was doing more than what they asked. - Get worked like a dog just to be told you did the minimum was the most disrespectful thing I ever heard. - This company has too many incompetent people to move flower and they got so overwhelmed and when they didn't know what else to do with us, they pushed us to the ground and kept kicking us while we were down and threw us away. - After a year of hard work and creating some of the most top quality flower just to be told we weren't to their standards was a middle finger to the face. - They also keep you in the dark for everything, and when changes roll out it's not a little thing here and there it's a complete 180 for you and you just have to "roll with it" because they are sure to let you know everyone is replaceable. - No communication throughout the company whatsoever, even the Tribe team they created barely even knows what's going on behind the doors. -No group events, barely bought food for the company like it was taking half their funds, samples were the most scarce things. Never seen a company grow so much flower and be so stingy about samples and when they do give them out get ready for the garbage strains. Too stingy to actually give their employees quality but can grow a whole lot of it to sit in a room for not just weeks but months.
