      Pros

      Remote Work. Nice people to work with as long as you don't step on someones toes.

      Cons

      There is very poor communication between upper management and the rest of the employees. Training is largely self-reliant. Not the opportunity for you if you're coming from a different industry.

      I have enjoyed working for this company for several years. This is truly a wonderful team who cares about putting our clients needs first and creating the most innovative products in our industry to best serve them. I have always felt my ideas are heard/listened to and I feel appreciated and respected by management. If you have integrity in your work, be consistent, and work hard, you will be recognized/rewarded for your efforts. I have also learned so much about the industry during my time here and have been challenged to grow in my own skill sets and leadership capabilities.

      Cons

      There is a high demand for our services from our clients so the schedule/workload can get quite busy at times. But for someone with a good work ethic and who is detailed oriented, managing a busy schedule of clients should not be a problem.
