With that growth comes the responsibility for everyone to lean into the discomfort of continued learning and adapt to new scenarios. Not everyone is skilled, built, or ready to continue growing toward greater excellence, but if you are, then Aztec IS the place for you. I can not think of unresolved cons that have not been addressed with the senior leadership team and have not been explored and addressed. The important thing to note about these critical conversations is that everyone has to play their role, trust the proven business approach and be solution-focused.
