      Reliable work , good health insurance, plenty of OT, diverse work responsibilities , generous paid time off

      Cons

      Supervisors have an opinion that contradict one another at times, work rules can change from week to week, work load can get really high

      Good benefits. Good amount of paid vacation. Convenient location for most local employees

      Cons

      Underpaid compared to industry standards, no true accountability for missed timelines or delayed projects, “old school” management mentality, too conservative/traditional, inefficient employees rarely get fired which leads to apathetic employees who don’t do their jobs

      It's a small company, that is like a family.

      Cons

      When there is a problem, there is no one to go to. They don't want to hear it. They just want to hear about the good things. They don't investigate the issue properly.
