      Pros

      Great benefits, family atmosphere. Lovely Christmas party and summer family picnic. Health benefits were top notch.

      Cons

      Strong resistance to change. Despite hiring an entire department to effect change, it was all for show and no efforts were truly evaluated to make changes.

      Pros

      You will receive a paycheck. Also, most of your coworkers are nice and are willing to assist if help is needed.

      Cons

      Management does not trust staff to complete job duties. Micromanaged on just about everything. HR is unreliable. Carrollton site is opened Holidays and weekends.

      Pros

      Opportunity for growth and development. Family oriented, stable, and convenient location by LVI airport. The Allentown site has been growing in sales even with the difficulties currently at the California site.

      Cons

      Behind on the times in terms of technology. Although sales are growing B Braun needs to improve market brand. There is more opportunity for growth that the lack of technology hinders. (ie electronic systems).
