      Great company, great people.

      Pros

      This company is a great place to work. The atmosphere is very fun, friendly and supportive. The people are great and there isn't any conflict with any one person or group. We've grown a ton over the last five years and done well through the growth. People have been promoted from within and a few new hires from outside the firm have been great.

      Cons

      Not many to be honest. When people leave, they are usually going for personal opportunities or family reasons. Some had babies, some just retired. No one really leaves angry.

      Decent pay, benefits available, company support, hotel and car are long-term rentals and direct billed to company,

      Cons

      Lack of available engagements; no meal or gas reimbursement. Company does not assist in finding your next engagement. Only allowed to go home every other weekend.
