      leaders commit to employee development, diversity has seen a big push recently - more so with educational events than actual hiring. business casual dress daily. work life balance is great. excellent location in lenexa, impressive office w company kitchen. small firm so higher ups actually know & care about the employees

      Cons

      pay is not competitive for the role. 5 years to get fully vested for retirement match. processes change almost daily. tough to move up in company without someone exiting a role, but also lots of turnover

      Coworkers are really nice and work hard Free snacks Decent benefits Good amount of vacation to start (17 days)

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Entry-level even if they ask for years of experience. Just not competitive in this market. It was easy to get a 25% raise by going elsewhere. Management is micro-managing. Very fake sense of culture and camaraderie that rings hollow. High turnover rate with staff, lots of people leaving lately

      Responsive travel department. Variety of jobs available. Consistent assignments.

      Cons

      Lower salary than industry standards. No reimbursement for additional training or educational opportunities. Lack of corporate integrity. The contracts list different verbiage than what the interim is quoted. The interim is then pressured to sign the contract or loose the assignment.
