      There's not a lot for this portion Company Kitchen I guess?

      Not transparent Leadership changes direction every 3 months Losing market share rapidly Forcing out good employees Doesn't recognize the work of bottom level employees (management will take credit for it) Not a lot of "leadership" going on

      Pros

      B.E. Smith used to have exceptional leadership and commitment to their employees and their personal development. The former CEO was committed to client and employee satisfaction. Hard work and dedication was expected from employees, but the rewards were exceptionally generous. Best company that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      The acquisition with AMN Healthcare ran the company into the ground. Very few employees from B. E. Smith remain. Turnover was extremely high and the compensation and benefit packages are horrible. Honesty and transparency is non-existent.
