      Great support for interim leadership. If you like to travel, share knowledge, meet new people and impact positive change in the workplace environment, this is the company for you. Salaries are good and fair market

      Benefits could be improved. Healthcare insurance isn't good at all.

      Good leadership, good management, good tools (portal, HR, timetracker, library, etc.)

      Cons

      Not enough IT contract. Waiting in between gigs Horrible communications between interim leadership and permanent opportunities. I felt like an "Island" when I was engaged. Nobody back at the mother-ship to assist in some of the administrative tasks (word, presentation material, etc.)
