Pros

> Management open to proposals to rescope job roles/scope alongside own career passions/goals > Working on largescale projects for major international clients > Working alongside and learning from SMEs based abroad > Resonable work expectations - you will not have to work above your 40 hour week except in rare cases > Flexible working in terms of what hours of day are worked and working from home

Cons

> Working with stakeholders in different timezones can be challenging, sometimes need to be available to shift work hours abit later in day so can talk to UK stakeholders > IT outages can be disrupting but I know improvements are on the way

Pros

Nice people and environment. Many peers had been there for most of their careers.

Cons

Slow to change technology despite a real need to keep up with the times. (This has started but needs more senior level but in). Security industry is interesting but risk adverse and therefore struggles to be current.
