      Quiet, new building, good chairs.

      Cons

      Executives do not know employees, so they don't communicate or lead them. Constant re-orgs and chaos--and it comes from the Top of BAE.

      Pros

      Always challenging. Working on a live fire test site was both exciting and rewarding. We had the opportunity to test new never been tested operating systems before while firing live ammunition. The comradely on the site was great, everyone encourage each other and showed respect for one another. One big family.

      Cons

      The high desert temperatures occasionally.

      I had a great boss there that really cared about your personal well being. They definitely took care of their employees.

      Because of the very large size of the company you can feel as though you get lost in it at times.
