      - ok benefits and salary

      Cons

      - Senior mgmt are not doing a very good job in reorganization - Lack of communication - lay-offs and down grade in salary - everyone is uncertain about having a job tomorrow

      Pros

      Great training program which is being continually improved. Good management who respect their employees. Managers that I worked with stressed doing work completely and correctly, as opposed to quickly leading to mistakes.

      Cons

      Occasionally direction from upper management was vague and did not make it down to the lower levels. The way they handled the RIF was horrendous and completely disorganized.

      Pros

      Family/Work balance is great. Slower, precise pace, which I was not used to in another industry. Can work on your own, or with group.

      Cons

      Not any room for advancement in my particular job. Since it is such a large company, there is not any room for creativity with benefits, bonuses, job performance. Everything has to fit neatly inside of a box.
