Pros

Not a very difficult job, decent hours, decent pay.

Cons

Referral goals are more important than serving the client-those who can play politics are not held to referral standards, somehow their performance is overlooked. employees in breach of compliance or those who are involved in a conflict of interest are not reprimanded. Staffing is poorly executed. Managers often beg employees to work extra hours because of staffing issues and then cut their hours at a later time saying they "worked over the allotted hours".

Pros

Great benefits package from day one of employment. You get vacation right away. Medical/Dental/Vision all available.

Cons

Micromanagment from regional level all the way down to each branch. There seem to be a lot of pointless conference calls.
