Pros
Very good 401K plan. They match 50 cents on the dollar up to 6%.
Cons
Bureaucracy. Poor communication between management, team lead and employees. Poor communications in associated departments. We have this thing called 'management's discretion'. Basically it means each leader can run their department to suit their goals and decide whether or not to follow company policy. Very little chance of moving to another department for more/different opportunities. The list goes on and on.
