      Pros

      It really depends on your manager. Mine is very understanding and concerned about our team. Very helpful in tough situations and always has our back! We also get to see a lot of the country because we travel so much. You also get a lot of time off of work too and building up flight, rental car, and hotel points while traveling is really easy so it's like double dipping, you get vacation and pretty much a free hotel stay and free transportation if you do it all right :)

      Cons

      I don't have any cons, but if you do not like to travel this job is NOT for you. You will travel weekly, if you're lucky you get to be close to home but it doesn't mean you'll be in your own bed every night.

      * Good Salary and Benefits * Very nice Corporate Office in Franklin Lakes, NJ * Everyone can provide input

      Cons

      * Businesses and Functions that are impacted by the purchase and integration of CareFusion are stressed * Varied workload for same job title based on business, function, supervisor * A lot of meetings if you are a manager or higher - too much information during meeting and not enough decision making
