BD Quality Engineering Associate Manager reviews

I was in a middle management role and was very well supported by the Global leadership team and was doing very well fir 4.9 months. Was about to finish 5 years and had won the employee brand ambassador twice and was nominated the best employee award in 4 year. Suddenly in 4.9 months later I was asked to leave the organization with no notice no solid reason and some story... I know the organization was not doing well and was downsizing. But I was in love with the organization and the leadership and this came as a deep deep shock. It took me two years to recover. Very bad inhumane exit policy and inconsiderate HR behavior.
