Pros
To be honest I don't understand this site and these reviews. What do YOU want in a company? Do you aspire to work where good employees are rewarded with opportunities to grow their careers and make meaningful contributions and where crummy ones who waste everyone's time get shown the door? Yeah...perhaps the negative reviews are written by those crummy "complainers." Better said, if you resist change, embrace the status quo, lack urgency, commiserate at the water cooler, blame others for your shortcomings (instead of taking responsibility) then BDA is definitely NOT for you. Personally, I've never worked anywhere with as much "heart and soul" as BDA...and wish I was still there. To have a CEO with genuine compassion for his/her people, who encourages ideas from every level of the company, AND who knows your name (everyone's name) is nearly unheard of in business today...but it exists at BDA.
